WESTSIDE LIVING has two residential buildings with a total of 10 housing units, which impress with their central location in the west of Büdingen. For example, the train station or the beautiful town center are within walking distance.
If you were travelling by car, searching for a praking lot is a thing of the past. Simply park your car on your parking lot directly in front of the house (purchase optional).
Not only the proximity to various care facilities makes everyday life easier for families, but also singles or couples can find a feel-good home here.
The lively family town Büdingen offers not only a very well developed infrastructure and all shopping facilities, but also a wide range of cultural and leisure activities for every age.
As one of the most well-wooded communities in Hesse, Büdingen has plenty of room for local recreation. Numerous public events make Büdingen a varied city: Wine festival, medieval festival, children's festival or Christmas market offer amusementfor young and old.
In front of the coulisse of numerous frame houses, impressive buildings rise, like the medieval fortifications with the Jerusalem Gate or the Büdinger Castle. It's not surprising that Büdingen is also called the "Rothenburg" of Hesse.
With it's 16 districts and about 22,000 inhabitants, Büdingen is a popular resididential area lying in the extended Rhine-Main region about 40km close to Frankfurt. Even though Büdingen is very rich in forests, fields and meadows, the well-developed infrastructure is the reason for this sought-after place to live.
There are numerous care and educational institutions. In addition to 10 legal kindergartens, there are two forest kindergartens. The school offer includes several primary schools, secondary schools as well as grammar schools, a vocational school and a specialized secondary school. In addition there is also an art and music school in Büdingen.
Attractive leisure activities make Büdingen equally interesting for every age group. The town has, among other things, a public library, an open air swimming pool and a Kneipp facility, numerous playgrounds and a miniature golf course. There are over 100 clubs in Büdingen and the surrounding areas. A special highlight is also the "dream forest" of Büdingen in which you can find a wildlife park and a forest adventure park, which completes the offer in the local recreation area.

All apartments have a daylight bathroom with bathtub and floor-level shower. The apartments over 90sqm have an additional guest toilet, the apartments over 115sqm have an additional shower bath. All bathrooms and toilet rooms are equipped with high-quality floor tiles and sanitary objects from Villeroy & Boch.
For practical living comfort, there is a utility room in each apartment which offers enough space for washing machine, dryer and storage space.
The high quality standard is also reflected in the further equipment: The floor coverings are made of real wood parquet and the wall design is very high quality with painter fleece. In all rooms there is floor heating, the windows are equipped with triple glazing and electric shutters. The elevator and the stepless accessibility of all apartments also offers a practical everyday relief.
The generously planned landscapes of the WESTSIDE LIVING construction project leave plenty of room for development. The community areas are a meeting point for casual communication.
