The spectrum includes the construction of single- and multi-family houses, as well as the modernization of exisiting houses. The development of properties up to whole building areas completes the portfolio. The support of the service areas like financing- and energy consulting, consultation concerning accessibility and many other areas of expertise are naturally a part of our service range. Honesty and sustainability are not only important for us, but also a matter of course for a fair and trusting cooperation. A very sensitive and often underestimated cost area are the additional construction costs, which occur during the construction or clearance phase. Here we inform very transparently to show "hidden costs" right at the beginning.
